The Development Review Team of the Raleigh Transportation Department oversees the reviews for all developments and construction work in the public rights-of-way within the limits and jurisdictions of the City of Raleigh. We utilize Local, State, and Federal codes and standards to provide safe and effective access management and site layout. We approach each project openly with collaboration and innovation while seeking partnerships to pursue the best outcome for all.
