The City of Raleigh uses e-Builder software to help manage roadway and design, stormwater, parks bond, and City building construction projects. 

The how-to guides below are provided for contractors, consultants, and other vendors with access to the City of Raleigh’s e-Builder software.

Access and General Information

To acquire a license, please contact the City project manager for your project, who will then request a license for you from the IT department.

You will only see processes relevant to the project you are working on.
