Each year, the City submits a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City of Raleigh’s Draft CAPER for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 is available for comment from September 9 – 23, 2022.
This report summarizes how the City used federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), CARES Act and local funding in carrying out its housing and community development programs from July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022. A summary of the report is also included.
