Raleigh Television Network (RTN) is designed to serve the people of Raleigh.
If you want to be thoroughly informed about your City and County governments, enjoy community events, and inform your neighbors about your nonprofit group or concerns, then RTN has all that you need. RTN provides this vast amount of information and diverse programming via three channels:
RTN10 - Community
This channel is Raleigh's mirror on itself. RTN 10 programming is produced by citizen producers. The programming runs the entertainment gamut from live informational presentations featuring your friends and neighbors, to local events, to a potpourri of talk shows, to the Classical Arts Showcase.
RTN11 - Government
RTN 11 features your local governments in action and in detail. The lineup includes meetings of the Raleigh City Council, the Wake County Board of Commissioners, the Wake County School Board, the City of Raleigh Planning Commission, and the Raleigh Citizens Advisory Council, plus monthly shows on City initiatives, exciting entertainment, residential or business venues, blossoming downtown, Wake County initiatives, Wake County schools' concerns, and much more! Rounding out the viewing options are specials on newly implemented programs or matters of concern or interest, plus coverage of some special events.
RTN18 - Education
This is your source for distance learning provided by Cooperating Raleigh Colleges - Meredith College, North Carolina State University, Peace College, Shaw University, St. Augustine's College, and Wake Tech Community College.
