Board and Commission Liaison Support

The Community Engagement Department collaborates with the City Clerk’s Office, City Attorney’s Office, City Communications, and the Information Technology (IT) Department to support boards, commissions, and committees (BCCs). We standardize processes, provide training, and guide staff liaisons, focusing on initiatives like capacity building, process improvement, and event coordination.
