The City of Raleigh is hosting our 19th annual Neighborhood Exchange celebration on Friday, September 15th! Stop by this family-friendly, free event at Carolina Pines Park from 5 to 8 p.m.

This year's theme is "Cultivating Community Culture." We hope to help discover the communal gifts and strengths that exist in our neighborhoods!

This activity-packed event will include:

  • Food trucks! The first 250 people to arrive will get a ticket for free food.
  • Storytelling from local spoken word artist Donna Washington.
  • An acrobatic performance from Kenya Safari Acrobats.
  • Samba reggae music from Batala Durham.
  • Art labs from local Raleigh artist, Shannon Newby.
  • An interactive, DEI-focused session titled "Cultivating and Connecting Communities through Conversation." Capacity is limited for this session; please register in advance!
Registration is required for the DEI session, but not for the broader event.
  • And much more!

We hope to see you there! No registration is required for this free event.
