The department helps with the development and execution of the City’s annual operating and capital budgets, Citywide strategic plan development and implementation, and measurement and benchmarking. We also conduct ongoing program and policy analyses to inform Council and executive decisions as well as citywide grants program administration. The department supports the City Council, City Manager, and City departments in their service to Raleigh residents.
