Hurricane Helene Relief

We will be accepting supplies for Hurricane Helene survivors in Western NC at our info booths at the entrance.

Supplies include water, powder hydration packs, non-perishable food, diapers, baby wipes, bug spray/sunscreen, socks, baby formula, toiletries and sanitation, cleaning supplies, trash bags, tarps, pet food, and plastic utensils.

Accessibility

The Fall Arts Fair is open to the public, so it is subject to high volumes of people moving about at all times. There will be 49 different tents clustered outside, throughout the center of the park, with different artists and their work for sale.

Navigating Outdoor Noises

There will be outdoor entertainment, such as live music and a children's craft area. It is also a pet-friendly outdoor event, so dogs are expected. While there is no designated quiet space, the park has benches and more secluded areas away from the festival that may be quieter.

Navigating the Artist Demonstrations Area

Inside the Borden Building, you will see artists doing demonstrations of their artmaking. Some artists may be sitting at a pottery wheel or a sewing machine. You can ask the artists questions, and they will be happy to tell you about their art and how they make things.

Navigating the Event Location

Fred Fletcher Park has a paved concrete walkway that connects at all entrances. There are two accessible, individual indoor bathrooms with holding rails located inside the Borden Building. There will also be porta-potties located in both parking lots, including a wheelchair-accessible portable restrooms.

Navigating Food Options

Food Trucks with various dietary options available will be located in the Washington St. parking lot. You can preview menus for Paris Delight Bakery and Creperie, and Corner Boys BBQ. Please note: braille and large print menus will be available at the discretion of the food truck vendors.

Event Day Assistance

There will be City of Raleigh employees on-site at all times. If you have any questions during your visit, please seek out the information booths located at the park entrances at each parking lot or ask any of the Sertoma and Pullen Art Center staff. They will be wearing black City of Raleigh t-shirts.

We look forward to having you at this year's Fall Arts Fair!
