Deadline: June 9, 2024

The Raleigh Design Review Commission is seeking artists to submit qualifications for the opportunity to create an original design for the award certificate for the 42nd Annual Sir Walter Raleigh Awards.

The Raleigh Design Review Commission will review the artist’s submissions and select a finalist to develop the certificate design. The selected artist will then create three sketches of possible certificate designs and those designs will be presented to the full Raleigh Design Review Commission to select the preferred certificate design. The selected artist will be awarded a $1,000 honorarium and work with the Design Review Commission to create a completed certificate design. The winner will also receive recognition at the awards ceremony this fall. Find more information, eligibility, and how to apply.
